Final sale items 

we do not offer refunds for final sale items,  unless they are defective. 
Exchange ( if applicable)

we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You need to exchange a item for the same item, please send us an email at nitalopez85@gmail.com 

Gifts

if the item was marked as a gift when you purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the item is returned, A gift certificate will be sent to you by post. 

if the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the customer has had the order shipped it to you later. We will send a refund to the customer and he or she will be informed of your return.
